Earlier the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.11910 of 2018 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order. But due to seriousness of his physical condition he could not surrender before the learned court below within the stipulated period of time. As such, he prays for some more time to surrender before the learned court below.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
In such view of the matter, this modification application is allowed with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39498 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
