KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. This matter was sent to mediation centre after granting provisional bail to the petitioner vide order dated 26.08.2019. The report of the Mediator has been received in which he has stated as follows:- "Inspite of my best and sincere efforts, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation.

Thus mediation has filed."

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52343 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Petitioner has denied the factum of marriage between petitioner and Opposite Party No. 2. It is further submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case in order to pressurize him to accede to the illegal demand of the complainant and her parents. It has been further submitted that petitioner is the only son of his parents and the parents of complainant and relatives have hatched a conspiracy to get the complainant married to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of the above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.08.2019 is hereby confirmed. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
