The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 342, 379, 307, 325 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner herein took away his brother and brutally assaulted, who later succumbed to the said injuries. From the FIR, it seems that the assault was so brutal that holes appeared in the body of the deceased. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner is there in the FIR and the allegation of brutal assault is also against him, this is certainly not a fit case for grant of
