====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-12-2024 Heard Mr. Sumit Shekhar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dilip Kumar No.1, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Vide order dated 25.10.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge XII, Civil Court, Gopalganj dated 30.10.2024 is kept at flag 'C', whereby it is submitted that four charge sheet witnesses have been produced and examined so far. I.O. and doctor are yet to be examined. It is further submitted that the trial of this case will likely to be concluded sooner with the co-operation of prosecution and defence.

4. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.

6. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
