The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner after scaling the wall of the informant's house committed theft of cash and jewellery and made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being the neighbour has maliciously been roped in the present case as the informant took some loan
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7043 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 but in order to misappropriate the loan amount the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.
