The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019 in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 272/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused and that nothing has been recovered from his possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
