4. In view of the prayer made in this writ application,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12547 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 the petitioners are directed to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority to ventilate their grievances. The District Teachers Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible after condoning the delay, if any, in preferring the appeal.
