JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard Mr. Rang Nath Choubey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 1.8.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas in G.R. Case No.15 of 2015 arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47686 of 2015 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 Complaint Case No.1401 of 2014. By the aforesaid order dated 1.8.2015 the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas has dismissed the revision application preferred against the order dated 20.5.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 406 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of.
