JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bihar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 63/65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957. Allegation is of recovery of duplicate toner of H.P. Company from the shop of the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent and no enquiry has been done with regard to the alleged recovered toner and he has been made accused only on the basis of presumption.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50782 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S.
