The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of Manisha Kumari aged about 13 years, grand-daughter of the informant, by the petitioners from the school.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are neighbour of the informant and have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. After lodging the case by the informant, the statement of victim Manisha Kumari was recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. on 08.07.2015, in which she has not supported the prosecution case saying that on the date of occurrence, she came

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
