The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act. As per the prosecution case, cross-firing took place between the parties, as a result of which, a cow sustained firearm injury and died. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the chowkidar. Allegation of firing is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65719 of 2021(3) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Ben P.S.
