Case No. 355/2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commiting rape upon the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injury report has not supported the prosecution case, as no sign of any injury on the private parts of the informant.
