JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 It has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 28.08.2019 in the first line, it has been mentioned that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, but as a matter of fact, the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was disposed of.

Perused the Annexure 1, from which it appears that bail application of the petitioner was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 03.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 17389 of 2019. As such, in the order dated 28.08.2019, in the first line the word "Rejected" be read as "Disposed of".

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

This order be also communicated to the court concerned at once.
