The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named five persons including the petitioner Rajdeo Paswan that they took the grand son of the informant but his grand son did not return till evening. On search the dead body of Sunny Kumar was found hanging in a Sisam tree. It appears that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Of course, the petitioner and other accused persons went along with the deceased from the Darwaza of the informant but the dead body was found in the evening after 5-6 hours. Only suspicion is raised that the daughter of the petitioner was in love with the deceased and so that he might have killed Sunny Kumar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34576 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014.
