JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the daughter of informant, Poonam Kumari.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 164 Cr. P. C. statement of victim suggests the thrust of accusation against co-accused Dilkhush Kumar and Sudish Kumar and when mother, father, brother and uncle of the victim went to bring the victim back the petitioner and co-accused Arti Kumari did not allow the victim to go to her parents. No. 13668 of 2016, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 (G.R.No. 578 of 2015) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
