2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S Case No. 332 of 2023 from the Court of learned Sub-Judge 1st-cum-A.C.J.M IVth, Begusarai registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A) of the I.P.C.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of both the petitioners were rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15236 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 16959 of 2024 on 20.05.2024 and 20.04.2024 respectively and there is no new ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of both the petitioners.
