The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders and/or direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus to the Respondent No. 4 to provide forthwith the Certified Copies of records of BANDOBASTI (Land Settlement) Case No 21/95-96 and its entire Orders and Purcha to the petitioner which was issued in favour of Late Kedar Nath Yadav @ Late Kedar Nath Singh father of petitioner.

(ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled."

Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the order dated 29.4.2021 (at page 42) of the Sub Divisional Public

Patna High Court CWJC No.14342 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Grievance Redressal Officer, Buxar submits that inspite of his application for providing certified copy of the Land Settlement Case no.21/1995-96, the same has not been made available by the Circle Officer, Naya Bazar, Buxar (respondent no.4) and hence the instant writ application.

On perusal of the order dated 29.4.2021, it transpires that the said certified copy is not being made available on account of the Authority not being able to trace the records. Thus, this writ application is disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Naya Bazar, Buxar (respondent no.4) to make available the certified copy of orders and parcha in connection with Land Settlement Case no.21/1995-96 within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. In case, the certified copy is not made available, reasons thereof shall be provided to the petitioner on his application within the aforesaid period.

The writ application stands disposed of.
