In this case, the petitioner has sought a relief of giving direction to the respondent to appoint as Anganwari Sevika on Ward No.17 (old) and 18 (new) centre no.160, Gaya Sadar, Gaya claiming that the private respondent on the strength of forged and fabricated documents has obtained her appointment. In terms of the scheme the provision for appeal and revision are available by way of alternative remedy, but she has approached this Court.

In such view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.11952 of 2013 dt.08-09-2016 a liberty if so advised may raise her grievance before the appropriate authority.
