JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 323, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the prosecution case that the matter relates to civil dispute in execution of sale deed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the author of the sale deed nor the sale deed was executed in his favour. He is mere a witness to the sale deed. He further submits that co-accused Most Siya Devi and Binod Singh, who executed the sale deed, have been granted anticipatory bail by order, dated 18.2.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.3650 of 2016.

No.8453 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Umesh Pandey @ Anant Kumar, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint Case No.1985 of 2014.
