The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.6 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 342, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and the allegation of causing injury with farsa is against co-accused Om Prakash Singh and not the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21169 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2 / 2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 6 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today.
