The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 87 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the main allegation in the FIR is against Dilip Chaukidar. It is further contended that three other coaccused persons, namely, Ramesh Ram, Munna Ram and Rajan Ram having identical allegation to that of the petitioners, have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 07.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36122 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56053 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 2015.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 87 of 2015.
