The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the son of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addditional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Rosera , Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
