JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is claiming the remuneration for the period she was deprived of discharging the duty in service as Anganwari Sevika.

The petitioner and others applied for the post of Anganwari Sevika but the petitioner was illegally deprived for being appointed. Against that, Appeal Case No. 97 of 2008 was filed before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna who allowed that appeal and directed for her appointment. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner has been appointed and she has discharged the duty. Only limited claim has been made by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12466 of 2013 (4) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 that she should be paid remuneration for the period she was deprived of discharging the duty and for that she has already filed a representation which is pending for consideration. Let the District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 07.06.2013 and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
