In the present case a complaint has been made by the petitioner that order 15.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15792 of 2010 has not been complied with. Operative portion of the
Patna High Court MJC No.3157 of 2014 (3) dt.22-05-2017 order is as follows:
"Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, this writ application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Vaishali to take cognizance of the said representation of the petitioners or of copy of that is produced by the petitioners before him along with copy of this order, and get the matter examined and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, if not already passed, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order".
In compliance of the order passed by this Court letter dated 29.9.2014 (Annexure-B) and letter dated 28.11.2014 (Annexure-C) have been issued.
In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter.
Accordingly this application is consigned. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he will be at liberty to take legal course in accordance with law.
