2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shaharghat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 40,000/- and one mobile phone was looted from the informant by unknown criminals. The criminals also looted the driver of one Haiwa vehicle and they went away with the Tipper vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that two looted mobile phones, some cash and a motorcycle have been recovered from the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2024 having three criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that sufficient material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

6. Considering the allegation and antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
