JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2/SubDivisional Magistrate, Sitamarhi to trace out the case record bearing Case No. 688 of 1999, registered under Section 145 Cr.PC, within time frame.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several applications given to the concerned S.D.M., he has not traced out the said record which is essential for adjudication of dispute between the petitioner and other parties.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned Private Respondent have no objection.
