From the bathroom, 170 bottles each containing 300ml was seized and during course thereof, absence of petitioner has been explained as he escaped seeing the police. Nothing has been said with regard to his other family members and in likewise manner, there happens to be absence of handing over a copy of the seizure list to them. From the order sheet, it is evident that petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.05.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Suresh Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
