The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.51112 of 2019(6) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019.
