The subject-matter of the L.P.A. as well as the C.W.J.C. from which it arose is the transfer of the petitioner herein as Joint Agricultural Director from Bhagalpur to Patna. The writ petition was dismissed and so was the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.95 of 2013 dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Letters Patent Appeal. Whatever be the grounds pleaded in the review petition, the entire controversy as outlived and there is no question of review of the order.

The review application is, accordingly, dismissed. Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
