However, in the said order the name of petitioner no. 7 has inadvertently been recorded as Md. Habebul Rahman @ Habibar Rahman, who is petitioner no. 6 in the instant petition and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40278 of 2018 (3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 he has also been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. In view of above, let para -1 of order dated 12.07.2018, is modified to the extent that it may be read as petitioner no. 7, namely, Md. Mustaque alias Mustaque has been arrested during pendency of the bail petition and the bail petitioner with regard to Md. Mustaque alias Mustaque stands dismissed as withdrawn. Let this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
