2. The present application has been preferred for extending the time granted for surrendering before the learned Court below vide order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6438 of 2024.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in Para 4 to 6, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Since the modification petition has been allowed, the period of surrender is further extended to four weeks from today.

5. Further, the clause (i) of the order dated 18.04.2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60251 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 6438 of 2024 is also modified to the following extent:

"(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioners, who shall provide official document to show their bona fide;"
