This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No.71 of 2017, registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the money, which the informant had withdrawn from the bank and thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended on chase.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody for more than four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of nature of allegation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31476 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and to see that the trial be concluded within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
