Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 289 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners had participated in the illegal capture of land of the prosecution and in the occurrence two persons were injured. The final injury report has not been annexed by the petitioners.

Considering the allegation and the nature of dispute, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody or framing of charge whichever is later, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 289 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Barun Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
