The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jhajha P.S. Case No.9 of 2018 registered under Sections 376(G), 341, 323, 354(D), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim-informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all indiscriminately assaulted the informant and on the order of the petitioner and others, Sandip Ravidas caught her and Raju Ravidas inserted stick in her private part.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner but it appears that all the petitioners assaulted the informant and also exhorted to outrage the modesty of the victim, on such, Sandip

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39264 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 Ravidas caught her and Raju Ravidas inserted stick in her private part.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
