The petitioner, whose name found mention in the provisional panel prepared for the purposes of providing employment on Class-IV post, is aggrieved because in the final list which has been prepared, her name has not figured. The petitioner has no idea why her name has been excluded from the final list.

A representation was filed by the petitioner for rectification of such panel before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur on 04.07.2019 but no decision has been taken as

Patna High Court CWJC No.16449 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 yet by the aforesaid respondent.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 3) within a period of three weeks, who shall, on receipt of the same, verify the facts, ascertain the entitlement of the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. In case the claim of the petitioner for being included in the final list is found to be tenable, necessary rectification order shall be passed within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
