Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Collector-cum-District Registrar, Jehanabad to direct the Sub-Registrar, Jehanabad to register the sale deed in question, in compliance of the order dated 17.07.2023, passed by the SubJudge 1st, Jehanabad, in Execution Case No.1 of 2020, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his said

Patna High Court CWJC No.14116 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 grievance, including approaching the Executing Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
