1. The petitioner was selected for the post of Head Teacher by the Bihar Public Service Commission Selection under Advertisement No. 25 / 2024.

2. The petitioner is a care giver to her husband, who is polio affected. The petitioner was appointed as general teacher earlier and was working at Khagaria however on the basis of representation of the petitioner that her husband is physically handicapped she was transferred from Khagaria to Patna as general teacher in March, 2025. After her selection as Head Teacher the petitioner had given three options: Patna, Nalanda

Patna High Court CWJC No.12315 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 and Bhojpur but ignoring the options of the petitioner she has been been given posting at Bhojpur i.e. within her three choices. Subsequently, the petitioner has been sent to Gopalganj for which she has filed a representation for her posting / transfer to Patna on the basis of the fact that petitioner is care giver of her husband, who is differently abled.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner proposes to file a fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for consideration of her case sympathetically.

4. Considering the nature of prayer, the writ application is disposed with permission to the petitioner to file representation in this regard before the respondent no. 2 / Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of two weeks from today.

5. If such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 - Director, Primary Education shall dispose the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation with a reasoned order.
