JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Perused the office note from which, it appears that the petitioners vide order dated 11.07.2018 were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, however in the said order in second page of last paragraph, it has been mentioned as provisional bail, whereas it should have been anticipatory bail.
In such view of the matter the provisional bail mentioned in second page of last paragraph of order dated 11.07.2018 be read as anticipatory bail.
Further two weeks' time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below.
Let this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
