The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case since the victim was in love with the petitioner. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has recorded her

No.65236 of 2021(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 age as 18 years and stated that she of her own sweetwill left her house and went along with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with her own volition with him. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
