The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 386, 387 and other sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother-in-law of the petitioner took the informant in the house of the petitioner. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Now, the case has been compromised. On perusal of the records it appears that Samu Yadav, brother-in-law of the petitioner after getting the informant, brought him in the house of the petitioner and demanded rupees two lakhs. The informant was also assaulted. The informant was only let off when he assured to make

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34207 of 2014 (3) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 payment. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched A.T.M. card and took money from the A.T.M. It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and others. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
