Patna High Court CWJC No.17408 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 sought by the petitioners in this writ application, is actually against the private companies, who are not amenable to writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this writ application must be held to be wholly misconceived and ill-advised. That being so, this writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
The dismissal of this writ application, however, will not come in the way of the petitioners in availing any other remedy as may be available to them in law.
