Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons committed loot in the house of informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65632 of 2021(5) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that this petitioner was seen in CCTV camera, which was installed in the house of informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
