JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant raised suspicion against the petitioner and other accused of Rampur P.S. Case Nos. 60 of 2015 and 61 of 2015 indulging in setting fire in the house of the informant. Further submission is that petitioner and other accused have already been allowed bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case Nos. 60 of 2015 and 61 of 2015, which would appear from annexures 2 and 2/1 to the application.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9818 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
