Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code for securing appointment on the basis of false certificates. It appears that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service and one similarly situated co-accused namely, Soni Kumar, has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7396 of 2013. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 144 of 2012.
