The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the first information report was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
