2. The present writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground because his father died in harness on 10.07.2019 while working as an Assistant Teacher at Madarsa

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Managing Committee of the Madarsa Arfia Nari, Madarsa No. 153, Block- Gaura Bauram, District - Darbhanga (Respondent No. 9) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

4. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Managing Committee of the Madarsa Arfia Nari, Madarsa No. 153, Block- Gaura Bauram, District - Darbhanga (Respondent No. 9) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
