The counsel for the State refers to the statements made in paragraph 6 and submits that there is a dispute between the two family members(maternal brothers) over a Rasta which gave rise to few litigations between them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant relief as prayed in this writ
