The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 400, 402, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that two country made pistols along with two live cartridges are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 9.1.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Two loaded country made

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 13th-cum-A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. case No.556 of 2018.
