In the present case a very limited grievance has been raised by the petitioner that she has filed an application on 22.1.2013 before the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur for non-selection of Anganwari Sevika which is still pending for consideration.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12788 of 2013 (2) dt.28-09-2016 In such view of the matter, the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after giving due notice to the successful candidates. However, petitioner, if so advised, may file supplementary application.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
