The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his sister had gone to attend the call of nature in the morning but she did not return. During the course of search, the informant came to know that Butta Chaudhary @ Pramod Chaudhary and his father Baijnath Chaudhary (the petitioner) kidnapped the sister of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case only because he is the father of Butta Chaudhary @ Pramod Chaudhary. The petitioner has no manner of concern with his son Butta Chaudhary @ Pramod Chaudhary and partition has already taken place amongst them. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
